To the Authors

• The working language of CIEM 2025 will be English.

  Each participant at 12th International Conference on ENERGY and ENVIRONMENT (CIEM) must register for CIEM2025 and pay the appropriate fee, as well as fill in the Registration form (available at http://ciem.upb.ro/2025/downloads.html) and send it by email at ciem@upb.ro until 30th of June 2025.

  For each accepted paper for presentation, at least 1 (one) author must register for CIEM2025 and pay the appropriate fee. Conference papers will not be released for publication in the 12th International Conference on ENERGY and ENVIRONMENT (CIEM) Proceedings or scheduled for presentation unless the appropriate fee is paid.

  Each author can register for a maximum of 3 accepted papers as: for the first paper, the author should pay the appropriate registration fee, while for the other two additional papers the charge is Euro 50 for each.

  The registration is not considered final until the payment is received.

  In order to be submitted for inclusion into IEEE Xplore, SCOPUS and Clarivate Analytics Conference Proceedings Citation Index – CPCI (ISI Web of Science) all the papers should be presented during the conference sessions.

  Registration Fees

  The registration fee is:
  
  
  • 200 €  (or 1000 RON) for authors/participants  until 30th of June2025, 250 € (or 1250 RON) after 30th of June 2025
  • 150 € (or 750 RON) for young research*, until 30th of June 2025, 200 € (or 1000 RON) after 30th of June 2025
  • 100 € (or 500 RON) for accompanying person, until 30th of June 2025
  *) under 35 years
  
  The registration fee for authors/participants (mandatory to 30th of June 2025) includes conference attendance, the conference materials and paper publication.
  
  

  Method of Payments

  After your registration you will receive by e-mail the invoice with details for the bank transfer.

  Please do not forget to note “CIEM 2025” in the payment reference field and make sure that the transfer request shows the name of the participant and paper(s) ID.
